Hi there! My name is Eileen, and I am a functional medicine nutritionist. I firmly believe that nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications can significantly improve our bodies, especially during perimenopause.

What are your qualifications?

I have a background in science and hold a master's degree in human nutrition and functional medicine. I have also completed two mentorships in functional nutrition and functional medicine, as well as many hours of continuing education on various topics, such as gut health, mitochondrial health, women's hormones, and HRT.

 

Would the meal plans work for someone who can’t eat gluten or dairy?

Most recipes are gluten-free or can be modified and can be adjusted to be dairy-free.

Are the meals suitable for vegans/vegetarians?

While some recipes can be modified, all use animal products and would not be suitable for vegans/vegetarians.

Does it take too long to prepare the meals?

All the recipes are 40 minutes or less.

What information will I find in the educational guide?

The educational guide briefly introduces the menopause transition and how nutrition can help during this time in your life.

Are the meal plans personalized?

No, the meal plans presented in this guide are designed to be general and provide the necessary nutrients for thriving during perimenopause and beyond. If you are looking for a more personalized meal plan, my one-on-one services would be better suited.

Do I need to know how to cook and prepare the meals?

While you don’t need chef skills to prepare the recipes, you need a basic understanding of cooking.
