Here is how we work together:
1. We start with your full story. Before we do anything else, I want to understand the complete picture of your health, not just what is happening right now, but your history, when your symptoms started and what may have triggered them.
2. In addition to a complete metabolic panel, we run advanced tests for you specifically. Depending on what your picture looks like, that might include in-depth gut testing or other targeted labs that make sense for your situation.
3. We build a plan you can realistically follow. You will not leave our first session with a long list of things to overhaul all at once. That approach tends to create more stress, not less, and stress is one of the last things your body needs right now. Instead, we introduce changes in stages, one layer at a time, so each one becomes part of your life before we add the next. Simple, realistic, and designed around your schedule, your preferences, and your body.
4. I stay with you through the whole process. Six months of support means six months of adjusting, learning, and refining as we go. As we get more information from your labs, from how your body responds, from what you share with me along the way, the plan evolves. You are not on your own to figure out what to do when things shift. I am right there with you.
