Monthly 60-minute consults with your practitioner.In-depth review of intake, labs, and health history.Comprehensive bloodwork panel ($297 value), lab requisition form from LabCorp, and lab interpretation. Secure messaging access to your practitioner between sessions (voice messaging too). Private and secure client portal. Meal planning and recipes if needed.Food, exercise, sleep, and stress tracker. Your Fullscript account with 35% discount on supplements (if needed). Our complete attention to you. We only work with a limited number of clients to keep this level of care possible.
The average cost of functional labs can be anywhere from $300-500. Our lab recommendations are always tailored to the individual and depend on your symptoms, health history, finances, and our conversation during your initial appointment. This is why we start with an extensive health history intake. We DO NOT upcharge our labs, but instead pass on our practitioner cost directly to you.
Our clients (and past clients) receive a 35% discount on supplements (if needed). This is the highest discount we can offer our clients. That means we don't receive any percentage from supplement sales. For people who are not our clients and want to create a Fullscript account with us, we offer a 25% discount on supplements. That means we get 10% of supplement sales (which helps with some admin costs, so thanks!).

A CNS is a Certified Nutrition Specialist. A CNS is an advanced personalized nutrition practitioner who must have a Masters or doctoral degree (most have a Masters degree in Human Nutrition, like me), complete a 1,000-hour supervised experience internship that achieves a set of clearly defined practice competencies, and pass the CNS exam. CNSs are required to recertify every five years and complete 75 hours of continuing education credits. The CNS credential demonstrates that certified individuals have the knowledge and proficiency required for advanced professional nutrition practice. The CNS certification program is administered by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists℠ (BCNS℠), an independent credentialing organization associated with the American Nutrition Association® (ANA). The ANA is the professional association for the science and practice of personalized nutrition. CNSs are qualified to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and advanced personalized nutrition care.
