Hi! I'm Eileen

Watching my grandmother's health decline over two decades was an emotional journey. I wish I could have shown her how much more vibrant and fulfilling her life could have been with better health.

My grandma's experience has left an indelible mark on my heart, inspiring me to dedicate my nutrition practice to her memory and to empower other women to rewrite their futures.

Throughout my own life, I've encountered numerous health challenges, including battles with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and Lyme disease. These experiences reshaped my path and led me to change my career, becoming a functional nutritionist to assist other women in their journey to improved health.

Now, in my forties, I'm facing new challenges with the menopause transition. Thankfully, the nutritional and lifestyle changes I've embraced over the years are helping me navigate this exciting new chapter in my life.

I firmly believe that nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications can profoundly impact our bodies, especially during midlife. It's during this critical phase that what we do now can genuinely change our futures.

Let me guide you in rewriting your future story and thriving during midlife and beyond. Together, we'll make these years your most vibrant, energetic, and exciting ones yet!
