I believe that every woman is unique and that nutrition should be personalized so you can achieve better results.


I believe that implementing small changes in habits will better serve you in the long term.


I believe that eating whole foods is the best way to nourish our bodies during perimenopause and beyond and that overly restrictive diets can do more harm than good.


I believe that your health is in your hands, and you have the capacity to heal and change your future.


My Story

In my life, I have encountered various health challenges, such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, and Lyme disease. These experiences led me to change my career and become a functional nutritionist to help other women improve their health.


Now that I'm in my forties, I am facing new challenges with the menopause transition. Fortunately, the nutritional and lifestyle changes I have made over the years are helping me navigate this exciting new chapter.


I firmly believe that nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications can profoundly impact our bodies, especially during midlife. What we do now during this critical phase can genuinely change our futures.

Fun Facts About Me:

I love purple (I think you already noticed that!).

I love 80s and 90s music (they are the best, right?).

I can watch Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, and The Goonies a million times! 

My nutrition practice is dedicated to my grandma (the reason for the hummingbird in my logo). 

I have a dog named Piper, who is the best girl!

I'm bilingual! (Spanish and English).
